If you suffer from high blood pressure, Almacor works by dilating blood vessels in the heart so that blood passes through them more easily.
If you suffer from angina, Almacor works by improving blood supply to the heart muscle which then receives more oxygen and thus prevents it from chest pain. Almacor does not immediately remove chest pain in angina.
